"I have been reserved the room 4-5time in the past year. They have shortage of manpower hence no make up the room while our stay. The last day, I checked with front desk to do the house keeping, they promise will do, however, When I came back to the room at 4:30pm; our rooms still un-cleaning. I went to front desk, they said they will come before 5pm, I doubt because there is no staffs do the cleaning in whole floor, no staffs, no cart, nothing there. Luckily, before 5pm, came up a girl to do the cleaning things. There is more ridiculous issue, our refrigerator full of dirty vegis, used drinks, microwave food, maybe left from last people but no one cares. These are all bad image even the facility is new, the the cost are high, people and management are sucks. Not recommend to stay and I will not to choose this hotel in future. "
