You can feel it the moment you walk in. His entire team moves with purpose, like a championship squad. It honestly reminds me of those old-school Chicago Bulls and Lakers teams under Phil Jackson—everyone in sync, everyone playing their role, and the leader setting the tone without needing to say much.
