「Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),...

「Nice, very well located hotel. Didn’t need uber or taxi to get anywhere as most everything I wanted to see/do was within walking distance. The rooms were clean and the pool in the courtyard was very nice to have access to as well. The breakfast included is also great, much better than most hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Cartagena!」

「I was at this hotel a week ago before I flew to La Paz,Bolivia and there was no toaster in the buffet room. They sent me an email saying that they had gotten a toaster and when I returned from Bolivia, there was a toaster.!!! the staff is excellent here and they listen to people‘s issues. Everyone was very helpful. It’s a great location because it’s 10 minutes from the airport..」

「Great place to stay in a very safe area. Exito grocery store and many many restaurants are less than 5 min away. Staff was friendly and cooperative. Room was very clean and room service was promptly. Felt blessed to be there. The only complain is the wifi was very unstable and didn't work most of the time time and Wifi is important. But no complaints otherwise. Loved the place and highly recommended.」

「I did not like that the reception staff from the evening to the next morning did not speak a single word of English. Made it very hard to communicate and order a very early taxi pick up. Although I had aldready booked this with the English speaking guy upon arrival. The morning guy was clueless.」
