Lots of drug users around the area, loud inside and room sheets were stained and unclean. No room service or cleaning in between days. Gun shots and loud noises the whole stay.

It's not so much a problem with the hotel itself, but rather that the area in front of the hotel is too crime-ridden. It's hard to get around even during the day. During your stay at the hotel, you won't receive any shampoo or lotion, and you won't clean your room. Instead, the price is low.

No parking on site you have to pay $30 a night at a near by parking garage. The blankets had visible stains, the floor was sticky, and the shower head wasn’t working at all. When we first turned on the water, orange-colored water came out. Overall, the room did not feel clean. The walls are also extremely thin. You can hear conversations, footsteps, and noise from the surrounding rooms very clearly, making it difficult to get any sleep.

It was nice looking. But liquid was coming up between the boards in the bathroom. There was no phone in the room. We waited for 15 mins to get checked in, and were put in the wrong room. Went to check out and no one was around so we dropped the card on the desk and walked out. Worst motel 6 experience I've ever had.

Room #315, broken window with a strong scent of cigarette in the room upon arrival. No exhaust fan in the bathroom so I opened the bathroom window and was immediately soaked from water coming in through the window from floors above. Tried to call the front desk and phone was out of order. Truly the worst overnight experience ever with my children.

The outside is surrounded by homeless. The pictures you see through expedia are niceer than what it is. We got double full size beds. The room is the length of three women finger tip to finger tip. The TV had one channel; remote didn't work, we kept unplugging to turn off. The ac/heater didn't work. Thankfully the windows open but one didn't have a screen; we were on the fifth floor. There is no microwave or mini fridge so you can't bring leftovers.

The motel is in a horrible part of SF. It was gated and locked up tight. I was not able to get a hold of anyone. They should not even be allowed to list on Expedia. And shame on Expedia for not vetting this place and making sure the listing was an actual working motel. I have been charged for it and plan on trying to get my money back. I hope Expedia will refund me.
