Great location, walking distance from a lot of sights. We weren’t planning on staying in the hotel much so we chose basic room and it just what we needed. Comfy bed good shower. Not the fanciest but everything was comfortable and staff were friendly.

It was great price not bad at all if you are just sleeping but there is no ac so don't go summer and the room is tinny also mine was under a strip club so non stop noise lol but I was exhausted n didn't care. Also no parking but staff was helpful telling me to Google a parking spot and it worked

Staff was helpful. Shared bathroom was not worth it. Chose that option for the shower, but ended up not using it because it was open to the rest of the bathroom (no , wet the whole time we stayed, and seemed like a shower I’d want shower shoes for. Flooring was slightly damaged in the room. Otherwise, conveniently located to many tourist attractions.

La struttura è composta da camere con bagno privato e bagno in comune!Abbiamo passato due notti in questo hotel, la prima è andata benino! La camera era discretamente pulita e il letto comodo! La seconda invece avevamo un letto scomodo (con un materasso che sprofondava) e la pulizia era pessima (il copri materasso bianco era praticamente marrone!). La struttura è in ristrutturazione quindi ci sono i lavori durante il giorno. La posizione è ok, tra la fine di chinatown e l’inizio di little italy (ca 10-15min a piedi da Pier 39). Lo consiglierei per una notte di passaggio considerato il prezzo a buon mercato.

Very comfortable beds. Rooms are well-appointed and clean. Kumar and Al at the desk were very helpful. The #8 bus stop located outside the hotel is so convenient. I shall return. Glad to know that they are installing an elevator too.

Honestly! I was a little scared when I was seeing some of the negative reviews but having stayed here for 7 days- people need to touch grass. This stay was at a FANTASTIC LOCATION in SF! Super close to all tourist attractions, in Chinatown - which was SUPER SAFE LOCATION and on the Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun everyone was out having fun (this area was the SPOT TO BE!) Though, my smallestt criticism was that on the first level facing the busy street was a little loud because the walls are super thin- we still managed to knock out. ALSO! BIGGEST AND MOST IMPORTANT! THE SHARED WASHROOMS- OH MY GOD! I WAS AMAZED. Never in my life have I stayed in a place with a shared washroom but it was so clean, well-kept and felt super safe (as a female traveler), they had soap, shampoo and conditioner and they provoded towels! Maybe just bring like slippers so your not walking on the barefloors. But overall was very impressed by the clean state of the washrooms! The staff was so friendly, helpful and caring throughout my whole trip. The place right now is going under some renovations but such a gem!

Old building, in renovation right now. My room was clean, it had all the basics. The front desk staff was great and very helpful. The property is secure, quiet at night, walking distance from many nice cafes etc. Good for an affordable short term stay.

We were assured a room that overlooked a street. It overlooked another building that was literally 2 ft away. The toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor. There were holes in the walls. There was no carpet throughout any of the stairs hallways floors. The window in our room had a torn screen would not stay open. There are many, many others too many to name. We had 5 days reservations and we left after the first night.
