The fact that this place can even be advertised on Expedia is insane and the pictures are nowhere near what you get; my bedsheets had burn holes and weird stains on, pillows were brown, the shared bathroom was grim and it smelled musty. Also had exposed wires under a unit and the fire alarm was ripped out and the hole was stuffed with a plastic bag. Not to mention the unsafe location. I would say the location is convenient to see the city but i'd rather pay more than try and survive here again. I lasted one night and that was too much i had to check out early.

I would give it a ZERO if I could. Absolutely disgusting, unsafe and unclean environment. This is a cross between a motel, a halfway house, and a jail. There's graffiti everywhere, smoke alarms ripped out of the walls, disgusting communal showers, no air conditioning in the rooms, filthy bedding with bed bugs and numerous cigarette burns in the sheets. I would rather sleep in my car than EVER return here.

This hotel needs a lot of maintenance. The furniture was broken, smells very bad, the conforter had holes, maybe done by smokers. I booked because of the nice photos on the Expedia listing but the reality is totally different. They offered breakfast included, and there was no breakfast. I booked a room with private restroom, but ended in a room with no restroom. It had a sink totally stained. The fridge was broken. I would say, they make false advertising. Stay away from this hotel. When I claimed, the very rude person in charge told me to contact Expedia because he just gives the keys. The worst experience so far. Expedia shouldn’t work with this type of hotels. I should receive a full refund.

The room was disgusting as was just about everything, told someone the toilet wasn’t working but they didn’t have maintenance available for 2 days, towel had holes in it and bedding had cigaret burns in several Places. Tv working was the only positive I can possibly give! Check the area out on Google before booking as it’s the most dangerous place in San Francisco!

Hotel and room smelled heavily of urine. The whole building was in disrepair and the room itself was filthy. Bad enough that I slept on top of the covers fully clothed. Cigarette burns in the comforter and carpet. Paint falling off the wall, bedroom sink plugged, no AC, and a broken refridgerator in the bedroom. The staff was unapologetic about the facilities and lack of food (there was no breakfast). Communication has been terrible. This place is violating business codes on multiple levels. It needs to be shut down immediately.

Unfortunately, the property did not match the photos or description provided online. The room was in poor condition, and the central air conditioning was not functioning, making the room extremely uncomfortable and raising serious health and safety concerns, especially during the summer heat. I contacted the property immediately to report the issue and ultimately checked out because the accommodations were not suitable to stay in. I left the key at the front desk and notified the property by phone. While I appreciate the staff communicating with me regarding the situation, travelers should be aware that the actual condition of the room may differ significantly from what is represented in the listing. Based on my experience, I could not recommend staying here unless the property addresses the maintenance issues and ensures the rooms accurately reflect the advertised photos and amenities.

Was among the cheapest rooms in the city, so I wasn't expecting much and didn't get much. Shared bathroom in the hallway, no coffee, no breakfast as advertised. The lights worked and it came with a bar of soap and had WiFi, that is about all. Very rundown property in what looked like a rough neighborhood. I had to choose between locking the window for safety while I slept or leaving it open to air out with a box fan, as the central fan didn't work. I chose to have a stuffy room.

This hotel should not be an option on Expedia. If you are not familiar with San Francisco, you may not know that there are many many people living on the street and probably doing drugs. There is no where to park your car off the street and there is a good chance a car would be broken into in this area. You have to wait for someone to ring you in because it is not a safe area. I checked out the room and decided not to stay there because it was not very nice inside either.
