Scam do not purchase

Owners never reached out about a access code to get into the property and no form of communication. I would like a refund because i spent alot of money on the roon

The property cancelled my reservation because I was arriving after midnight. I communucated this to them at booking. They have not refunded the charge. They have not returned phone calls or texts. It's bad enough landing at 11:30pm to find one doesnt have a place to stay! If it was in the terms, I couldn't find it. This is more like an Air BnB in someone's home than an Orbitz booking.
