"Was I initially put in Room next to construction but upon telling g front desk they immediately put us in a great room with no construction and close to everything. The staff were amazing. The restaurant (Italian) and coffee trailer had great food. Pool and Bay swimming were great. Action sports at edge of property was way overpriced but other rental locations were available and a lot cheaper! They are not affiliated with the hotel though."

"Location, Location, Location for sure. Staff service was slower than expected and their team committed the #1 Faux Paus in customer service- prioritized a phone customer over the person/s standing in front of them. The Float bartender and service was excellent."

"We stayed for the PIFA event across the street, so it was very convenient. Check in went smooth and Roberto was very helpful in getting our room very close by other family members. One of the staff members gave us a ride to the event, which was a blessing since we walked with our uncle who was elderly and barely could walk. I wish I remembered her name because she was very kind, patient, and a sweetheart. The only negative is, I wished there was a microwave in our room, which made it difficult to warm up food. Lucky our other family members stayed in a suite so we used there's. Other than that, it's a beautiful place to stay."
