「I stayed there for three days. No one cleaned my room on the first day, and again on the second day when I returned to the hotel around 4 PM. I had to ask before someone finally cleaned it. The alarm clock in the hotel room was on and started ringing at 6 AM – I was going crazy! The hotel's soundproofing was terrible; it was very noisy outside. This was a very poor experience overall.」

「I was completely fooled by the pictures. The hotel is in a great spot right by the bay and great restaurants. However, we couldn’t wait to get out of there. The place is incredibly old and dirty and attracts sketchy clientele. Ducks in the pool. Peeling paint in the rooms, dirty and old bathrooms, cracked tile, horribly dirty air vents and windows. Tiny breakfast area which was meant to hold about 8 people. All in all it was bad, bordering on scary and lots of homeless people around the...

「Bedbugs. I stayed two nights and got a lot of bedbug bites on the second night. I know that bedbugs are really hard to get rid of. But still I got about 20 bites and they are so itchy. Other than bedbugs, the hotel was generally okay. The location is good. Its parking lot is very nice and convenient. Staffs are good. Property condition is not good but okay.」
