Hard Rock Hotel San Diego

"first I bought 2 suites for my daughter's graduation. then on arrival they separated us to two different sides of hotel. one room with balcony faced all the air conditioning on top of joining building. disgusting view with loud units. The furniture has stains and wear. the sliding bath door was hanging at end not properly closing. It had water damage at edge. water pressure in one room would only go hot. The pool being at a Hardrock was only 4 ft deep and small. ( they throw pool parties there) Very little arrival parking area. The tile is delaminating from concrete throughout the hotel. loose tiles. I felt ripped off for money we spent on 2 rooms. As for the area. can't go a block with crazy amount of homeless which some harassed my daughter and boyfriend. stunk like pee everywhere . San Diego is letting down its tourists and residents big-time. so much I won't go back. dirty city. the next LA"
