"Properly well located, in front of Playa Negra Beach. Have wonderful gardens and friendly staff. Our room was nice, but had transparent ceiling were sun heated really fast, making hot to be. Had no air conditioning. Recommend make sure the room you choose will comply with your needs."

"Check in was delayed because they couldn’t find our Expedia reservation. Never really got a nice and hot shower, which was odd for a luxury hotel. Now the good… everything else was simply divine and we’d return in a heartbeat 💗 Thank you Namu and shout out to restaurant staff. Delightful!"

"I spent 1 night and it was fine for me. The room was clean. There is a fan which was good bc I don't like ACs. The mattresses needs updating bc I could feel the coils. The front desk was very nice. The grounds are very clean."
