"We loved our stay at the Illasi Dream Rooms. The house is situated perfectly by the village center, and there is a huge free parking lot nearby. The space is beautifully decorated and in perfect condition, equiped with everything we required. And Elisa was the most wonderful host, very responsive and available for all our questions. "We arrived at Verona airport late at night with our 4 month old baby to be told by the property that they had no record of our booking, despite the fact I had been emailing with them in the weeks prior about parking and messaging them on the Expedia messaging service and on both platforms they confirmed they would be sending me check in info so I have no idea how they can claim they didn't have a record of it. I tried calling multiple times as we sat in the airport car park with our young baby...

"Right next to the train station, the location is convenient for taking the train. The town is about 1km away, which is an easy walk. Though the heat might not make it the most pleasant walk. Still it’s not a big deal to us. Everything in the room functions well and the beds are comfortable. House keeping is also efficient. Staff are welcoming and helpful. It’s a solid hotel in its class. Our room faces the train tracks but hardly any noise."

"We stayed at this hotel which is very conveniently located near the Verona airport before and after a wine tour of the Alto Adige region. Although it is close to the airport, it is nothing like any airport hotel you may know. The property is stylish and upscale. We stayed in the older part first which had wonderful doors with different types of marble and slates on the room doors and beautiful wood floors and beams in the rooms. After our tour, we stayed in the new wing and the rooms were stylish, modern and spacious. We had a balcony overlooking the outdoor pool which was lovely! We had dinner in the hotel's restaurant both nights and can highly recommend the food! We had pasta on one night but opted for the lighter salads on our last night. Everything was beautifully made and presented. On the way to the restaurant, you walk through a wine shop that is very well stocked with Italian, as well as international wines. Can't recommend this hotel enough to anyone visiting the area. You will need a car to tour around from the hotel but it is easy to rent one from the airport."

"We got two bottles of free water. The supermarket is close but walking is tiring in the heat. The train station is 5 min walk away but currently the road is under construction so 2x that. We could park free. The amphitheater is 25 min walk away. The breakfast is good and the room is clean. No restaurant without walking a bit but I still think for traveling with family this is a better choice."

"The place was clean, check in was smooth, location was very central. Balcony was nice to sit out and watch life in Vernona. Music played downstairs until 2 am and you could hear it in the bedrooms. It was air conditioned but not cold - cool at the most. Could hear every step the tenants upstairs took. I would stay here again just bring ear plugs for sleeping"
