Fabulous stay in Verona

Alex helped a lot in giving updates on how to access the property. There are codes for the elevator, front door and the unit itself. His charts were very clear and helped me a lot. Really loved my stay

Struttura consigliata!

Questa per me è stata una vacanza speciale e sebbene non abbia avuto il piacere di conoscere Alex, so per certo che con questa soluzione sta regalando dei bei ricordi a chiunque passi da lì. Durante il soggiorno ho occupato la stanza singola n°1 e nonostante non sia del tutto rifinita a livello estetico*, nel pratico è comodissima. La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima poiché molto vicina al centro e ad alcuni monumenti. A pochi passi/metri si trova di tutto: supermercati, bar, tabacchi, atm e rivenditori di prodotti tipici. Nonostante tutto questo, vanta anche il trovarsi in una zona tranquillissima. È veramente in un punto strategico perfetto e spero potrò tornare a soggiornarvi! Non do' 5/5 per questi piccoli motivi: 0) la non reperibilità del proprietario tramite la messaggistica del sito -cosa completamente diversa se lo si contatta sia via sms/WhatsApp che telefonicamente-; 1) nelle informazioni del sito viene segnalata la presenza dello shampoo in camera, che non ho portato da casa apposta, ma che nell'effettivo non ho riscontrato; *2) ammetto di aver avuto un po' di timore nell'utilizzare la presa di corrente posta accanto al letto, nonostante abbia poi scoperto essere del tutto funzionante; 3) magari non rientra nelle sue mansioni, ma chi si occupa delle pulizie non ha mai passato la scopa in camera -cosa diversa per quanto riguarda il cambio degli asciugamani e l'utilizzo della lavatrice-.

Valido per soggiorni veloci

Buona soluzione per soggiorni brevi, un po' macchinoso il primo accesso ma poi tutto ok. Ottima posizione tra la stazione e il centro, il lavandino piccolo e in camera non è il massimo ma le condizioni economiche sono buone.
