「The best stay with the best staff!」

「Your hotel was our best experience in our 3 weeks in Peru. The beds are cozy and breakfast superb with chia for yogurt, a chef who made eggs to order and extras galore for toast, sausages and even almond milk. The concierge coordinated a taxi for us from Cusco to Palcoyo mountain (to hike for 2 hours) and then to our next hotel in Ollantaytambo. It does not have a lift, so you need to prepare to carry the luggage up to your room, yet the receptionist are able to help carrying the luggage if you ask for help. The location of the hotel is pretty well and it only takes 5 to 10 mins walk to get to the Square from the hotel. We found the hotel receptionists very helpful. 「We loved this hotel - the property itself and the location were perfect. The rooms and breakfast were amazing!! We would definitely stay here again! I would not recommend obtaining a massage at the adjoining facility, however (though in your own room would probably be fine). The massage was great but unfortunately the associated massage facility had some hygiene issues. 」

「We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.」

「拙い英語しか話せない日本人です。このホテルには大変お世話になりました。 観光地へのアクセスは抜群で、目の前の通りは広いので空港間のタクシーも使いやすいです。 共用部がとても綺麗で、各階にドリンクコーナーもあるのが便利でした。 テラスからの眺めは最高です。 初日から高山病になり重い頭痛と吐き気に苦しみましたが、ホテルのスタッフさんが酸素ボンベを貸してくださりなんとか観光ができるレベルに回復することができました。2日間の滞在で何度もぶり返しましたが、その度に酸素ボンベを貸してくださいました。施設の素晴らしさはもちろん、とてもホスピタリティに溢れるホテルでした。」
