Quality Inn San Bernardino - Loma Linda
Here is the list: 1) Bathtub was clogged, 2) shower stall leaked into the bedroom through the wall on to the carpet, shower curtain rod sagged so curtain just stayed in the center getting the floor all wet, 3) called ahead to check but no microwave in the room, 4) no coffee, 5) no hot breakfast. ...

Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa
The property was clean, but tired. The carpet was stained and a bit "crunchy"- like the carpet had been cleaned one too many times. Air conditioning/heating was great. Staff was great. Had breakfast in the restaurant. Seemed pretty overpriced to me, but service was good.
