Die Auswahl vom Buffet war sehr vielfältig, von allem war etwas dabei. Die Qualität von dem Essen war auch sehr gut, alles war super lecker und frisch zubereitet. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Gerne wieder!

Sol- och badsemester

Relativt bra hotell i San Agustin. Rummet vi hade, "duplex-rum" hade fin utsikt över havet och privata solbäddar. Hotellets läge är perfekt med direktaccess till den fina sandstranden och havet. Rummen håller okej standard men känns inte alltid helt genomtänkta, ex. placering av dusch i sovrummet samt att nedervåningen på rummet upplevdes som det hade outnyttjad potential. Däremot är det mycket positivt att handdukar, vid behov, även byts ut kvällstid. Maten på halvpensionen består av en middagsbuffé som håller en bra klass. Det saknas dock en tydlighet i hur restaurangen fungerade och vid det första besöket fick man fråga sig fram av väldigt stressad personal. En stor positiv del var borden utomhus med utsikt över havet. Frukostbuffén levde upp till förväntningar med både stort utbud av färskpressade juicer och omelett på beställning. I övrigt fanns allt man kunde behöva i form av bröd, yoghurt och varma rätter. Poolområdet är ganska kompakt, men om man bor i premiumrummen får man tillgång till en solterrass med mindre trängel och mjuka solbäddar. Aldrig några som helst problem att finna en ledig solbädd - oavsett tid på dagen. Vi provade poolbar vid några tillfällen. Läget är fint med utsikt över havet och baren har även öppet kvällstid. Drinkarna var dock en stor besvikelse - som betalande gäst. Proportionerna på drinkarnas innehåll var helt fel och de smakade inte som de bör göra - alla drinkar verkade göras via en "maskin" som blandade ihop dem.

Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Der Strand ist direkt vor der Tür und es gibt zwei kleine Pools. Wir haben Halbpension gebucht. Das Essen war lecker, jedoch ist man als vegetarische Person phasenweise etwas aufgeschmissen. Wenn man darauf keinen Wert legt, ist gerade Fleisch- und Fisch-Küche, die live zubereitet wird, empfehlenswert. Bei Halbpension muss man beachten, dass Getränke beim Abendessen auch nicht inklusive sind. Im All-inclusive gibt es dieses Problem nicht. Der Service ist sehr freundlich. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und wusste unsere Unannehmlichkeiten zu kompensieren. Auch beim Essen wurden wir nett und flink bedient. Du Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

I stayed here for a quick trip after attending a medical conference in Italy. I was quite happy with the hotel. My room was clean and ready when I arrived and comfortable. The view from the balcony Was lovely. The main pool was nice, and an important difference from Caribbean resorts is that any time you could walk up and find a lounge chair compared to making up at the crack of dawn to reserve chairs. The drink service was good, though not quite as attentive as I would have liked. My only concern was that I travelled here with friends/colleagues and one of 5 nights we were having a nice time on the patio outside bar. Another guest screamed at us and threw water off their balcony at us. This was before midnight at an all inclusive resort. Nobody was hurt. But this is completely unacceptable. And when it was raised to the hotel staff we were told that “it’s a quiet hotel” instead of dealing with the problem. Laughing on a patio bar before midnight while on vacation should not be considered inappropriate and the handling was completely wrong.

Flott strandhotell!

Vakkert strandhotell med perfekt beliggelse ved sjøkanten med nydelig utsikt over sjøen og snadørkenen i Maspalomas. Hotellet er et eldre 70-tals hotell som er vakkert renovert og oppleves som moderne og veldrevet. Kort avstand til flyplassen og god bussforbindelse inn til provinshovedstaden Las Palmas. Det serveres spennende og varierte måltider og samtlige ansatte oppleves som svært imøtekommende og vennlige. Hotellet kan sterkt anbefales!

Fabulous winter break location !

Lovely room overlooking the sea from which we saw amazing sunsets. We took advantage of the half board with evening buffet. All food was of a high standard. The pool terrace was sheltered from wind, pool was heated and it was a sunny location all day. Lovely walks from the hotel in both directions. They used a company called Anamation, for aqua gym and various other events, all of which were very entertaining . Staff friendly and helpful around the hotel.

Herlig strandhotell!

Dette er et utrolig hyggelig strandhotell som ligger sentralt plassert ved San Agustín med kort vei fra flyplassen og rett ved stranden. Hotellet er moderne og smakelig innrettet med hyggelig og service innstilte ansatte. Hotellet har alt man behøver for en avslappende ferie ved stranden.

Great location but food was poor quality overall.

The hotel, room and pools were okay and I enjoyed my stay. However the food was not very good. I had breakfast and dinner included and the choice was excellent - however the quality very poor. Most meat/poultry was tough, sinewy and dry. Poor quality and food in general was not kept warm enough. That also contributes to everything being very dry. All bread was also very dry and did not seem fresh but stale. There was no direction or theme except for 1 day and all food lacked garnishes and flavour. Overall food quality could improve a lot. It was not very corona friendly either, with big buffet, tons of people in line and a lot of items lacked tongs so people had to use their hands. Breakfast juicebar was very good though. Overall I probably would not stay again because of that even though I did enjoy the room itself as well as the location.
