A stunning sea view apartment. Beautiful views of the nature reserve, sea and sand dunes.Second floor room. We booked this property for 2 nights whilst staying on the island. The resort is delightful. This property is walking distance from the bus station. A great little cheap mini market at the Oasis Apartments which are close by. Plentiful restaurants, bars and shopping. Cheap sun loungers on the beach € 2.50 per chair and € 2.50 per umbrella. Pay the extra for the sea view room and you won't be disappointed.

Great stay. Perfect location.

It was difficult to find as there was no signage out front. Address number is 8 written on the mailbox. Prompt text communication via Whatsapp for checkin. Keybox for building door. Code entry for apartment. Small, comfortable 1 bedroom apartment with patio and lounge chairs. No sea view from our unit but it was only 1 block from the promenade starting at the estuary/sand dunes. Lovely short walk to the beach and restaurants. Convenient SPAR shop a few doors down. Man selling tours around the corner from SPAR on the promenade. Bus station for tour pickups and local transport is only 5 min walk from apartment. Bus to/from airport was less than 5 euros one way. Taxi was 55 euros. Perfect location if you want to be central with a short walk to beach. Kitchen was small but had everything we needed for a 5 night stay (pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, teacups, cutlery, dishsoap, sponge, tea towels, bottle opener/corkscrew). Two seater couch in living room with large flatscreen tv. Bedroom has 2 twin beds with plenty of closet space. Bathroom was modernized with large shower. Apartment was very clean. Meloneras in general is very safe and upmarket. Evenings were cool and we needed a topsheet and 2 blankets to sleep comfortably. Extra blanket was in the closet. There were some cons to our stay but for the price/comfort/location, we are very happy to stay again. Cons: Cleaning after our first night. No cleaning for the remaining 4 nights. The bathroom sink/shower were blocked.

A real gem

Fangen wir erstmal an, das es keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort gibt. Nur eine Rufnummer. Dort angerufen, 4 mal versucht, bis man mir sagte alles auf englisch bitte. In meinem gebrochenen englisch habe ich gesagt einchecken bitte. Dann fand man meine Buchung nicht. Ich dachte erst Betrug. Dann hat er mich aber doch gefunden und sagte mir die PIN für den Schlüsseltresor. Jedes mal muss es piepen bei der Eingabe der PIN. Dann geöffnet. Das mit der Check Out Zeit 11 Uhr wurde mehrfach erwähnt. Zimmer sauber gewesen. 1 Tag gab es noch heißes Wasser, dann nicht mehr.

Bra läge i Meloneras vid stranden om du vill surfa

Låssystemet fungerade knappt samt ett dåligt im ens fungerande bredband. Bra läge i Maspalomas men har en hel del övrigt att önska.

Jag har varit på sånt typ av lägenheter förut och jag var lite skraj tills jag kom dit och sett att det är ordnat med allt väl städat och väl bemötande, det finns en tjej som jobbar där har alltid bemöt oss med en stor leende och hon hjälpte oss med allt som vi behövde hjälp med, vi ska definitivt komma tillbaka om personalen ska vara som hon är. Rekommenderar stort. Tack för denna gång.

Selvbetjent enkel standard

Anlegget er et eldre lite anlegg med 8 leiligheter, uten resepsjon. Dette kan gjøre innsjekking vanskeligere for å treffe noen. Vi kom for tidlig og fikk etterhvert koffertene innenfor så vi fikk vente utenfor ca. 3 timer, traff verten neste dag for innsjekking. Det er stor forskjell på plassering av rommene. Andre etasje med 2 rom ut mot lagunen og sjø absolutt beste utsikt, med 2 rom grunnplan også delvis havutsikt og noe større rom. Gangveg foran huset. Motsatt side ut mot gate.Da vi har bodd her før fremsto det denne gang som mindre servicevennlig. Ingen utbedringer siden sist, og renhold hurtig inn og hurtig ut. Så vertskapet en gang på en uke. Enkle ting kunne det vært brukt noe tid på. Alle dører med knirk og 1 med motstand til gulv. Det farligste var at balkongdør med avslutning utenfor balkong ikke kunne lukkes. Tidligere anmeldelse om at badeprodukter er inkludert var ikke utbedret siden sist. Fortsatt like lytt mellom rommene, men det vil det jo være i et eldre anlegg. Et ekstra minus mot slutten, da vi ved utsjekking heller ikke så noe til vertskapet. Vi måtte til nabohotellet for å bestille transport videre. Litt for mye negativt denne gang, så noe positivt ettersom vi jo har bodd her før. Det ligger jo fint til med lett tilgang til strand, restauranter, butikker og fornøyelser.

Bien situado. Muy cerca de la playa, de faro y de tiendas y restaurantes. El apartamento en si no tiene muchos servicios, es cómodo y está limpio y vigilado, pero no hay piscina ni tiene nada del otro mundo.

Great apartment in a great location.

Cocoteros Apartments were fantastic for our 7 night stay. We had a sea view apartment which was great; the balcony is lovely for sitting out and is well shaded during the day. The apartment itself was good and we had no issues. The kitchen is more than good enough for a little holiday apartment. Couples should note that there are two single beds, no doubles. The aircon also works great. As for parking, we couldn’t get parked on the road outside the apartment at any point, it was always packed. This wasn’t a problem though. There is a decent, covered multi story car park around the corner. We purchased a weeks parking pass for €30 which didn’t seem ridiculous considering it isn’t a cheap area. As for the location, the apartment is in a great spot, only a few minutes from the beach and the amenities of Meloneras.

6N in a lake facing apartment

The views from the Lake facing apartments are mesmerising & well worth getting if available. Good points : Location. Views. Very clean, modern apartments. Sun beds available on the lower level. Friendly cleaners that do a great job & will leave you be, if you wish. Kitchen is well equipped. Good selection of channels on the tv. Not so good : No replies to emails / texts prior to arrival, i had no idea what to do when i arrived at the apartments, hence communication needs to be Much Better. A worker from apartments at the bad, managed to get me into the apartment ( Dunaosis ) & a very nice chap. Light outside glass entrance door, illuminates the whole apartment & either you need to close the bedroom door, not good as there is only aircon in the living room or a simple curtain is needed. Next time i will take a night mask. Walls are very thin, can hear neighbours conversations in their bedroom very clearly. Would i stay again...Yes absolutely, just for the views alone, it is an awesome place to stay, just one or two niggles.

Flott opphold

Fantastisk beliggenhet. 2 minutters spasertur til stranden. Vaskemaskin tilgjengelig. Vertinnen som holdt styr på innsjekk og vasking var en personlighet som bydde på seg selv og var engasjert i jobben sin. Kommer tilbake!

God ferie

Særdeles hyggelige folk. Ankom sent på lørdagskvelden og betjeningen ordnet umiddelbart kluss med den ubetjente nøkkelboksen. Alt var helt, rent og over forventningen etter prisen. Godt utstyrt kjøkken. Beliggenheten er sentral og det var fint med utsikten til lagune og.naturreservat. Støy fra strand og biltrafikk hørtes ikke. Det neste var likevel den hyggelige betjeningen.
