Menger Hotel
Staff when checking in and checking out were rude with no reason. A simply thank you or a look in the eye would’ve done it. Left me on hold 15 minutes when dialed the front office to ask for the valet parking. When called back guy was rude saying he’s in the middle of a check in I needed to wait. ...
