"Staff were rude upon arrival, room were not ready had to sit in lobby over 2 hours waiting on rooms, the hallways smelled like mildew water. They must had a water leak because they had fans blowing in the hallway. They tried to charge me for water that was still on the table when I left. Called to advise about the situation the guy hung up in my face. Very unprofessional! Would never return to this hotel. "

"The room was great and the staff so courteous and helpful. The only issue i had was there wasn't any ice available on my floor, above, and below. However Bill (i think that's his name) at front desk had some ice sent up right away. "
