"The "easy" in their name means easy for them, difficult for you. No phone in the room, so if you need something you had to go down to the front desk. Cleaning only once every 4 days. The AC would turn off every hour during the day and there wasn't a window to open. So, if you left the room at 8:30a and returned at 4p, the room would be hot and stuffy on warm days. Also, checkout was at 10a instead of noon like all the other hotels we stayed at in Spain. They also charged for early check-in, even if it was only 1 hour. Overall, everything they do they try to make it sound like they're doing it for the environment, when in reality it is just for the money. Easy for them, difficult for you."

That being said, our room (817) was not the greatest it was just below the restaurant and was noisy after dinner till about 1 am. "

"Great location just next to the main station. Short 20 minute journey from the airport on the metro. Staff all very pleasant and helpful and good breakfast. Would stay again if back in Valencia"

"Clean, modern, comfortable hotel near the heart of old town Valencia. The staff were all warm, welcoming, and helpful. This was our favorite hotel of our entire european vacation. Breakfast was excellent, and we appreciated the laundry service. We had a great stay."
