「In general, the rooms are lacking of maintenance: no stable hot water supply, tap water is milky, air-conditioner isn't functioning properly, the bed and pillows aren't comfortable, and the toilet has odors.
But the location is very good, near the big shopping mall Dostyk Plaza.
And the front desk staff is helping, willing to change room for us. But the staff doesn't know how to register our stay in Almaty with the Immigration authorities, when this is a must for every tourist staying more...
