「酒店設施普通，因為gym room和spa只提供到1晚上10點，所以很多時不能享用服務。但因為近車站，所以玩完一整天都仍能在火車站的超市補充物資，或購買平價的咖啡，酒店旁又有McDonald's，加上又近電車站總站，交通非常方便。但酒店的設施比較殘舊，垃圾桶有發現生鏽，比較難開關，淋浴缸企位有污穢，廁所抽氣慢，隔1小時才抽走真味，同時房間不知為個傳出辣椒味。」

「Very good hotel. Staff was nice and helpful. One incident happened was that we had our own car and supposedly we should pay for 2 night parking fee in the hotel. We drove to Innsbruck the second day and came back late at night and the car park was all full. We were directed by the staff to find a nearby parking by ourselves. However when we checked out, the hotel still charged me 2 nights car park fee including the 2nd night. Anyway, not a real issue to us but the hotel should have a better way...

「員工積極幫忙，可以借用電熱水器，地點方便，可以步行過了隧道就是舊城區，浴室水壓足夠，床是軟硬適中，晚上寧靜，早上走路到要塞觀看景色」

「The only thing sucks is the receptioner's attitude. The first impresson I walked in was awful. The receptioner treated me rudely. Refused to offer any help. Talking in a whispered way, I had no choice to beg his pardon. And he rolled his eyes then yelled at me.By the way, the young receptioner was willing to help.」
