"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel. The room was very nice with a gorgeous view to the mountains and a very comfortable bed. Level of service was fantastic, great breakfast, lovely sauna and friendly staff all around. We also enjoyed lunch at the hotel restaurant, which we definitely would also recommend! Bus into Salzburg is frequent, cheap and easy."

"The property is overlooking Salzburg, which is nice. The staff is not very hospitable. They do not engage in a friendly or overly accommodating way. Sort of a "it is what it is" approach. It is away from any restaraunts which would be fine if their restaraunt was functioning.. but it was closed for 2 or 3 days at the start of the week. When I asked for water, was told that I could use their vending area. Steam room/sauna are not worth it. View from
