「Air conditioner was horrible, there was an awful sewage smell in one of the rooms. I tried to notify it at the lobby but no one even intended to greet us or ask if we needed anything so we left. Very unhelpful staff. Extreme heat even in the hallways and elevator. Only one disabled parking spot in one of the parking garage floors. There was always someone parked in the disabled space without a permit, and nothing was done to verify this or correct it. 」

「very disapoint my last staying at the hotel .Only available brazilian TV CHANNELS . The others CNN INTL,SPORTS,MOVIES no signal . They keeping saying they will fix but they NEVER DID . VERY INCOVENIENCE . 」
