O quarto estava limpo, apenas as tolhas de banho, não estavam em bom estado de conservação, faltou disponibilizar cabides para roupas, o que só foi sanado depois de insistentes apelos. Os funcionários do hotel deviam ser mais gentis com os hóspedes, pois um deles da recepção foi bastante deselegante com a minha esposa, chegando a desligar o telefone na cara dela.

A experiência no hotel foi bastante agradável, especialmente pela excelente localização e pela vista para o mar. O atendimento da equipe também foi um ponto positivo. Porém, as toalhas de banho do quarto encontravam-se muito desgastadas o que deixou a desejar. Sugiro a renovação desse item para maior conforto dos hóspedes.

Acredito que podia ser uma experiência melhor... a porta do quarto não abria sem apoio, o quarto não foi arrumado no primeiro dia, o chuveiro demora muito para esquentar favorecendo o desperdício de água, tapetes e toalhas muito velhos, poltrona encardida, enfim... Precisa melhorar a manutenção do hotel.

O hotel ja foi bem melhor, acho que ao passar do tempo a estrutura tá ruindo. Parece-me que não há manutenção adequada. A limpeza poderia ser melhor. a porta do banheiro ficava caindo bastante pó, oriunda de cupim. O que melhora a estadia é a cama que é confortável, a localização, o estacionamento prático e o café da manhã que é muito bom.
