「This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. 」

「Room was clean and the property is beautiful with some beautiful artworks. Staff was nice and pleasant. The older people working there are amazing, and the young can definitely learn from them. Simon was especially wonderful. When I checked in I was not told about the pool nor did I use it- I would have liked to take a peak at it for sure though! The hotel rooms are comfortable but they sorely need a coffee machine! A Nespresso would be ideal. I would visit and stay again. 」

「Hotel is at a very good location, making all places of interest and shopping areas easily reachable The food provided at the breakfast is good with lots of varieties. However, the staff members in general are not entirely friendly, particularly those serving at concierge. Having said that, a lady staff receiving guests at the breakfast area is very helpful and always greets us with smile」
