「The shower doesn't hold any water so it floods the bathroom. There's constant, I mean CONSTANT noise in the hallway and outside the window. The room is small and dark. There's only 5 channels on the TV. There was a dead roach in the bathroom. The coffee sucks. I can keep going, but I think you get the point. Never ever again would I stay at a Leonardo property and will discourage my family members from doing so as well.」

「Castle is beautiful but simple. There is no reception and essentially no amenities. There is a restaurant that is open for dinner only. No breakfast and Galway is at least 20 minutes away depending on traffic. The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice.」

「Andrea at the front desk was beyond helpful when we had questions. She went out of her way to help us out.」

「1.步行可達，離高威火車站約5分鐘。2.舊飯店重新整理營業。3.飯店旁邊就有餐廳跟超市，很便利。」
