"A/C was in a weird spot of the run, didn’t really cool the room off and by the second night it stopped working"

"The parking situation is crazy the parkade is so far from the hotel and you have to walk through so much second hand smoke it was gross. The room itself was very nice but not convenient waking so far from one tower to the pool area and had to request robes when wanting to go to the pool that was like a km away zz"

"It's been a while since I visited Brentwood Bay resort.... And as normal, it didn't disappoint..... We had beautiful weather and that was a bonus, but the staff are awesome, the room we had was great and we even got greeted without a glass of cider at check in.... Nice touch.... I'll be going back there soon 😊👍"

"Staff were EXCELLENT. We had an issue with noise from work being done in a privately owned condo. Although the hotel staff could not stop the work and noise, they did everything they could to lessen it's impact for us."

We took memorable photos around the property we stayed at, being at Villa Principal, and enjoyed the breathtaking views, there’s so much to see and explore. We’ll definitely be back!
