「Pros: room was clean, had a working A/C and refrigerator. Cons: The curtains were tattered and too short for the window and barely covered the width of the window. Beds were hard. Pillows were like a rock. Only offered one wash cloth and two bath towels for 3 people. Did not offer amenities at all. There was a small coffee maker but no grounds offered and missing the glass coffee carafe. Tv remote didn’t work, microwave had a broken dent in the door and was unplugged (we were afraid to...

「Don't believe the ratings for this motel. Very dirty, smelly, not well maintained. No ice machine even though there is a sign for an ice machine. Very difficult to get access to wifi. It really seemed like a low income place for people to live and that is how the people there acted.」

「The Blue Jay room is beautiful. It was well appointed, the bed extremely comfortable and the jacuzzi tub quite enjoyable. We enjoyed coffee and a game of billiards before we checked out. Check-in was easy and the owners communicated well.」

I didn’t know who the front desk person was talking to me her manager, the phone or another guest not attentive at all then going up to my room soda pop it been spilt all over the lobby and I stuck to the floor. I had to alert the front desk attendant and she said oh housekeeping just left now it’s up to me that is not a team you built.」

「Two of us had to go to Van Buren and I made reservations thru Expedia when I called to let them know we were in town they couldn’t find my reservation when I called back to see if it show up in system lady said she couldn’t reach me and my card declined so she canceled my reservation.
