"When we arrive at check-in, there’s a drunk man on the front porch was very belligerent. Stated he was the homeowner. When we told him we were there for a 3 PM check-in he threw his bottle down and broke it. My wife had to redo dishes because they were dirty. Both beds upstairs had dirty smudge mark on pillows from leftover makeup and dirty face. There was hair in the bed also there was no propane in the grill.
