It's a very pleasant property for an overnight stay. Check in was easy and the room was clean and comfortable. There were some signs of wear and tear here and there but nothing that was distracting.

We stayed one night here and our stay was great! Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good - typical hotel breakfast foods. There was plenty of parking and the desk clerk, who was the only staff we dealt with, was pleasant and helpful. We would stay here again.

A step down from the adjacent Holiday Inn Express. The breakfast bar in particular -- although the hot breakfast options were okay -- was lacking.

Much better than I expected would be at that price point. I would definitely stay there again matter fact the next day I went out of my way to stay with the same company and I'm glad I did. It was good also.

The hotel is very nice, however-- and they have no control-- but the proximity to I40 results in a lot of traffic related noise.

I was so pleased with this stay. The room was very clean and larger than most I’ve ever stayed in. The bed was super comfortable. It was very quiet and we never heard a thing. So as I said, I was pleased with this stay until breakfast. I always look forward to hotel breakfasts. The waffles, eggs, sausage or bacon. The breakfast says it’s served from 6a-9a. We arrived downstairs hungry and ready to chow at 8:30a. There was nothing left but a few scrambled eggs. Even the waffle batter was gone. Needless to say I was disappointed. Luckily the McDonald’s up the street was a lovely experience.

They charged us $30 for missing a pillow. We didn’t take it with us but I asked them to check the cameras and they didn’t check. They just said there was 8 pillows and now only 7? How did I know how many pillows before we arrived and after we left? Stay away from this place.

The front foyer and mat could use scrubbing. The room was good. Smelled musty when we first went in. Elevator needs vacuuming. Bed was good. A/C excellent. Shower excellent. Bathroom clean. Room was spacious. Front Desk Clerk was nice. We didnt have time for breakfast. Nor pool. The only thing we really thought was excessive was the $40 pet fee. $25 with this hotel would have been justifiable. But my opinion, my review.
