「Had a lovely stay, small room but well thought out with plenty of storage- I’ll definitely be back」

「Lovely place, just out of the town centre. Craig was really welcoming on arrival. I stayed in the Oak room which was clean, spacious and comfortable. It had a nice big bathroom area with a rainfall walk in shower. Free parking was off the road in front of the building. I couldn't ask for more. Perfect for the weekend away.」

「From the start, we were greeted with a smile….we were given our room keys….the rooms were lovely and clean and comfortable. We pre booked a table for an evening meal, the meal was utterly delicious. The lady’s that dealt with us (Sarah and Eleaner) were so friendly…sorry I can’t remember the other two ladies, but they were so friendly also 👍👍. The breakfast was awesome….so all in all a very relaxing stay. Thx everyone at The amazing Kings Arms 👍👍👌👌.」

「Staff are very helpful and friendly, lots to do for children. Next to the beach and a cliff walk down to Amusements, rides arcade and Restaurant. Parking is in front of Hotel. Room has everything you need. Tea coffee biscuits etc Netflix and sky sports. We enjoyed our week very much」

「located in the small downtown Lyme Regis, easy to go to the beach, shops and restaurants it is an very old inn, very tradition english wooden building, downstair is the bar and restaurant, a bit oily smell, beware of no air-con」

「We were made very welcome by John and hadall we needed for a very comfortable stay with our two dogs. There were lots of little touches that added to our good experience-including welcome bags for each dog and more than adequate continental breakfast. We would highly recommend a d stay again. Also had good tea/ coffee making station, tv, comfortable bed. The hotel allowed my dog to stay and staff made both of us very welcome. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. 」

「Wonderful stay in this quaint thatched Inn. Modernised rooms and wonderful ensuite with large bath and shower over, due to the property being burnt down early in the 2000s. Traditional wooden beamed bar and restaurant with exceptionally conscientious staff. Full English breakfast using locally sourced produce and a thoroughly enjoyable stay for the two of us 」
