「We were supposed to receive two complimentary beverages as part of our stay. However, the staff never provided them. Whenever I tried to ask about the complimentary drinks, they avoided the question and changed the subject. This was disappointing, especially since the beverages were clearly included in our stay.」

「We could not use the pickleball court as it was under maintenance, which I can understand. But if it is not going to be available then it needs tobe communicated before we book the property, as we do pay for such amenities as well」

「It's perfect But a little be too far from the city centre」

However our bar fridge didn't work. The bathroom is large. The breakfast was adequate but we did have to ask for butter, There was no Ham or bacon available on the morning we stayed. Which is ok but after a while you do want a European breakfast. We had a room service dinner which was adequate... lamb Chops were...

「Really dated I booked an indulgence room. It was terrible Swimming pool is in the shade and really cold water. Only 6 sun loungers around it because nobody went in the pool. Clean towels supplied smelt horrible. Always got dirty feet when I had a shower as they obviously don’t clean the floor」

「Very disappointed with the overall experience. The property rooms were not as per standard or what was presented on the website The rooms were not clean or maintained The property upkeep is not as per 5 star standard The towels and pillows were very dirty and were not in a state where they could be used; they had stains and even after asking for replacement were provided with stained towels (we ended up having to purchase towels from a local store) Hot water was not working in the room The...

「A friendly hotel where the staff were all welcoming. The food was delicious and the restaurant staff were particularly attentive. Very comfortable room and bed. Handy for the train station. I found it a bit strange that reception staff would not book an auto or taxi for me but gave me the numbers to do it myself.」
