「The house is dirty, smells humid, dust everywhere, no hot water after 1 minute of shower, no a/c, everything is old and outdated, sheets and towels were stained, it’s in the middle of nowhere in the jungle. We found a scorpion in the bedroom. The only good thing is who manages de property, that service is amazing and will help you get everything organized and scheduled, but the actual property is not at all how it seems in the photos. 「I had a good stay overall, but there was one serious issue. Around 2 a.m., someone opened my door and tried to enter my room. I reported this to the receptionist, but was told there are no CCTV cameras in the common areas. For the safety of guests, I strongly recommend installing security cameras.」

「Great view from the property. Easy to get to and to get around. Having a dock on the property makes it easy to hail a boat when you have your luggage so you dont have to carry it into town. Nice and quiet town with clean water that you can swim in. The food at the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Only concern would be that when we used the sauna and poured the water on the heating mechinism to make steam a whole colony of ants flooded out.」

The view of the lake with the volcanos in the background is unbeatable! If you want a peaceful stay in lake atitlan this is definitely the place to be.」
