聖海倫Spa 飯店，旅行前必看！

「チェックインからスタッフの対応がとても良かったです。モナコが初めてでモナコFCの観戦に行くんだと伝えたら優しくスタジアムまでの案内もしてくださったり、南野拓実選手のお話もしました。滞在中もバッタリお会いした時には、チェックインの時にお話ししたことを覚えててくださり、試合のことをお話ししました。 お部屋も綺麗で、シャワーの水圧、温度も全く問題なく、不自由なく過ごせました。 ただ一点、コーヒーメーカーやケトルがあるにも関わらず、滞在中なぜかコーヒーカップがありませんでした。笑。多分清掃係の方が忘れたのかな？私たちは使わなかったのでわざわざ問い合わせもしませんでした。 次、モナコに滞在するときもここのホテルに泊まりたいです！」

「Great place to recover after the Nice marathon. With a little extra fee (in addition to room cost), you can reserve the wellness centre (jetted tub, steam, dry sauna) for an hour to enjoy privately. There is also a roof top hot tub which is free. We appreciated the helpful and friendly front desk during our stay.」

「Housekeeping forgot to clean up one of our room and I called at 4pm and asked them to make it up in the following 30-60mins when I was out. When I back to hotel at 8pm again the room remain the same. Finally they came and clean up and didn’t leave me new slippers (I left two notes to the reception, one in the morning and remind them again when I called at 4pm for housekeeping).
