"We travelled by uber so we didn’t need parking. The area is within a 15-30 min walk from Most things in the city. It’s a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. "

"In renos. New rain shower nob did not work. Stayed 2 nights and they did not replenish anything. Had to ask for more cups. The a/c was wonky. Despite setting temp to 19.5 and fan on for hours, in mid April room temp of 24C only dropped to 23 over 3 hours. Hated being placed in adjoining room next to noisy strangers. Elevator dirty. Restaurant service bad and very mediocre restaurant. Would not choose this place again."

"The hotel is great. Clean, friendly staff. The only thing is the big rain shower heads in the shower, they’re too big and there isn’t enough water pressure for such a big rainfall shower head. The shower would have been better with a smaller shower head. You’re pretty much forced to stand right up against the wall. "

"The bathroom shower was not clean, hair in the shower, everything else was relatively clean. It's an older hotel and is in a great location, looked like they were renovating some rooms while I was there."

"Hotel was nice. Good pool for kids and having breakfast included was handy. Area didn’t seem that great. We had to uber to get to nice cafes and shops. High homeless population around."
