"All good, quick night at the airport."

"Stayed in executive room, heating stuck on tropical 27 degrees. Asked staff to sort it or move room, they allegedly sorted it whilst we used the lounge. Room was cooler on return but then back to 27 degrees by midnight until check out, hardly any sleep before a long haul flight!! Staff a reception’s attitude was poor all they advised was to email complaint! Still awaiting a response!!!"

"Very short stay, delayed flight meant we arrived at 2am but there was staff to greet and toom was great. Perfect for an airport hotel."

"All good. The room had a bathroom with assistive equipment. Not asked for. Difficult to use. Basin had no cold water to run a toothbrush under. Toilet was lower than normal. A very odd experience"
