"The hotel is perfectly situation in Lille Centre. Close to both train stations and also very close to the main attractions of Lille. The hotel messages before your stay asking if there is anything you need advice or recommendations on before your stay. This was most welcome especially for places to eat and we tried a few of the recommendations which were very nice. Breakfast was very good. Pastries, French stick, hams and cheeses together with a choice of two cereals. The staff were always on hand to help if you needed anything. Our room was small and compact but had everything you could need and was spotlessly clean. If I was visiting Lille again I would definitely stay at the hotel again. "

"The apartment hotel is in a tall block part of the Lille Europe complex. It was usefully right next door to the Westfield Shopping Centre and Carrefour. The staff were very nice and tolerated our attempts at French. The room was a bit tired, especially the bathroom, with the toilet discoloured with limescale and the cracked basin draining very slowly. The bed was comfortable although an extra pillow would have been useful. Ear plugs would have been useful as there was a continuous hum from the Westfield Centre air conditioning plant and noise from the station. Also the room fridge compressor was a little noisy, no problem if you were asleep but not if you were struggling to do so. Wifi was good. We didn't use the TV because it had only French language channels. The kitchen equipment is basic but functional. Overall not the best of stays but you get what you pay for. "

"The staff was extremely helpful and kind! They honestly made our stay absolutely wonderful. Although the room was very clean and quiet, I did expect it to be more up-to-date for a 4 star rated hotel. Lastly, I was disappointed with paper cups and instant coffee packets for the room."
