The room was very clean, staff helpful. Not a ton of amenities. The bathrooms are very nice. We got a 3 person room and a single. The single is very cramped. Recommend larger rooms.

We had a triple and it was cramped with barely any room for our luggage and looked like it was in need of a renovation. Also, the bathroom required a step up, which was somewhat dangerous ...

Shinjuku Washington Hotel Annex
Decent location close to shinjuku station. Clean rooms. Beds are a bit firm. No fans in the bathroom for some reason. The room was also too warm and the AC didn't seem to help much. It was ok for the price.
