This is a very good location. Golden 1 & lots of eateries with in walking distance. Old sac is also walkable . It’s clean and the staff is friendly . It’s very reasonable priced as well We often stay here when we travel in the Sacramento area

Governors Inn Hotel
Same options for breakfast every day. Staff was friendly. Loved the free shuttle to three different spots in the city. You could call them and they would pick you up instead of taking an uber. Location was a bit far but shuttle made up for it.

The room was clean however the carpet and walls need some serious help. The hot was scarce in the mornings and you could hear people Nextdoor, slamming the stairs door and the water for the shower next door. As well as the traffic on the street.
