「DO NOT STAY HERE! Upon arrival, we spotted an un-housed person and his friend living under the staircase of where our room was located. We spoke to the front office women, who was very kind and she spoke to the (I’m guessing maintenance man or manager, not sure) man doing pool work, who did ask the people to leave. 「Great location we were traveling from Arizona to Oregon, it’s right off of the freeway. It’s located within walking distance of a couple restaurants. Rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet, breakfast had many options in the morning. My kids were excited about the indoor swimming pool, but when we went to go in, it was so so cold! We’re typically not wimps, but it was literally like an ice bath」

「Starting off there were cockroaches at the room, the microwave and fridge were in a horrible state, the towels provided were dirty; the bedding smelled horribly. The room itself looked and smelled bad. Not even 5 minutes into the room there was a roach. Really uncomfortable to rest knowing everything is so dirty」

「My room was clean, neat, and very not creepy. Tbh I thought I had gotten a reservation for Motel 6 but this place was cool and down to earth. I thought every place had a bad side of town. I thought this was gonna be horrible. Nothing happened. It's Willows California. It has maybe 3000 people in it if that. I met a super cool dude there along with the owners who were super helpful. It's actually a great place to stay on the cheap. All in all 5 stars because of the staff, owners, and renters...

「I didn’t like being down stairs , the entire night we had the people above us making so much noise up until 5am and we settled in bed by 10:25pm .. bathroom soaps weren’t placed on the wall at all .. the floors were very dirty」
