「Ordered the big room with the jacuzzi tub and it was absolutely nasty. Had hair literally everywhere in it I had to scrub the jets myself, ran cleaner through the jets and drained it 3 times and still had hair coming out. Hair in the towels. Room was overall just dirty and nowhere worth the money. They were accommodating for the most part besides calling me 3 weeks later claiming that I took their green blanket. (Wouldn’t want to bring anything home from there with how dirty the room was)....

「We stayed at Hotel Katerina during Chico Family Weekend with a group of 10, and it was such a great experience from start to finish. The hospitality truly stood out, everyone made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious, and everything throughout the hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff went above and beyond with their kindness and helpfulness, which made traveling with a larger group so much easier. The gym was state of the art and pool relaxing...
