The hotel is clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are a little dated. The ged was no comfortable and made alot of noise. The location is good with walkable places to eat and close to gas and the freeway. The location can be tricky to find it’s behind a strip mall

The only cleanliness issue was: Front load washer needed cleaning attention around seals but top load washer was clean and usable.

The property inside is run down. Needs new carpet, painting and new floor in the shower, new sink too. Room clean. The floor smelled like marijuana. Someone smoking marijuana in one of the bedroom.

Overall the building was nice. The bathroom sink kept backed up when we washed our hands. Lighting not great. But overall nice stay. The check in staff person was not friendly. The other desk staff were amazing. The lady working the bar was wonderful.

Hilton Garden Inn Sacramento/South Natomas
The place was extremely noisy, very crowded. Didn’t get to have a good night sleep due to the noise. Next day was very exhausted due to that, tried to take a nap after a long day in the city, the noise was hell. The pool was crowded, the carpets were filthy. The cabinet in our room didn’t close, ...
