We have stayed numerous times over the years but lately it’s started to look dated and dirty. The elevators made noises which made my wife feel uneasy. I don’t thing we will be staying here again.

The room smelled horrible. I had called front desk, and was moved to another room, and it had the same bad odor. The property needs upgrades, and the carpets needs to be cleaned.

SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Sacramento Cal Expo
Wi-Fi wasn’t the greatest, I kept getting disconnected. The bed creaked every time I moved, sounded like I was sleeping on a metal file cabinet. The staff always looks unhappy or you get that judgmental look before they acknowledge you. Anyways, the room was clean, breakfast was decent.
