「The hotel location is great , everybody wasl very attentive, helpful and would go the extra mile for the customers , however the room I was staying in the tv didn’t work, to use internet you have to take a survey before getting access, the bed was Hard and not comfortable,」

「The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were small but comfortable. They provide food for breakfast, but you have to cook it yourself. There was a slight issue with the toilet leaking and the bathroom door didn't latch. Besides those things, it was a comfortable and clean place and a great location for the price.」

「I had an okay stay at Naif Hotel Boutique. The hotel has a nice location in Antigua and the room was ready when I arrived. However, I was disappointed that I was charged an extra $10 just to check in about 35 minutes early, especially since the room was already available. Overall, it was a decent stay, but that extra charge did not feel very reasonable.」
