"Nice hotel, good breakfast happy they had a hot tub and a pool. The hours for the hot tub are kind of crappy. We wished it opened sooner. But other than that, it was a nice hotel."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. They sold us a room with no working A/C, knowing it doesn’t work. Said they were sold out of other rooms and we couldn’t change when we realized. Didn’t give us any compensation to make up for it except a box fan. Will never stay here or any Best Western again"

"The hotel doesn’t clean their rooms aside from every 3 days unless you request otherwise. Absolutely disgusting to expect a person to stay in a hotel room for 3 days with no cleaning being done. No new towels unless you ask, no garbage picked up or new garbage bags. Absolutely disgusting on the owners part for not staffing them to be able to simply clean. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were great and understanding about the frustrations but regardless allowing a family with children to check in and not cleaning the room, getting garbage and or clean towels should be a major concern for everyone "

"Service to the room was terrible. One clerk told us she was managing the hotel by herself, another told she was running back and forth from the Courtyard Marriott to the Residence managing it. We requested a pack n play, extra towels, and pillows two days prior to check in. Nothing was done or there. Living room tv didn’t work. They didn’t have staff to bring basics to the room so we had to get everything ourselves. Tried to tell the general manager and he blamed it on us saying we checked in early and did not. Floored. He then hung up on me. Will never visit this hotel again."
