「I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me.
I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room」

「We enjoyed the location and the beautiful view over the canal. The room, though worn, was well laid out, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. Wifi was poor. We opted not to have breakfast.」

「Strutta consigliatissima, fuori dal centro ma noi eravamo comodissimi a muoverci con una bici a noleggio.
La zona è molto carina, riqualificata e con tutti i servizi necessari.
Tralaltro il ferry che collega al centro è gratuito.
Self check-in facile e comodissimo.
L'agenzia proprietaria presente, attenta e disponibile, anche se per fortuna non abbiamo mai avuto alcun problema.
L'unica nota negativa è un odore sgradevole proveniente da bagno, immagino dalle fogne e la mancanza di una scopa per...
