"All the Staff was gracious and helpful, from the valet to housekeeping. Our room was well appointed, and the filtered secondary handle on the tap to reduce plastic bottle waste was a welcome surprise. The only detraction to our stay was the continental breakfast. It seems many families were in town with very poorly managed party members who were not monitored for proper use of tongs and spoons, preferring their natural implements to finger up all the food until chosen and selected morsels were acquired. We consequently only visited the breakfast the first morning, reducing its usefulness during the stay and schedule."

"The room was clean and had amazing views. The location was perfect as we walked to dinner and to the Riverlink ferry to go to our concert. Check in was perfect as we were checked in by a very helpful agent. The bar was lively and the bartender was friendly and accommodating. A free coffee station in the lobby would have made this trip perfect, but we were able to purchase some at the little coffee shop in the lobby."

"Our room was small, but clean. Bed very comfortable. One thing that was really frustrating was that the alarm clock from the previous guest was set to go off at 6am. It woke us up which was very annoying having gotten in late. It would've been nice if housekeeping staff checks these things. Our iron/steamer was missing when we opened the bag to use it, so this really made it feel like a lack of attention to detail. The person who checked us in barely smiled and made I contact. She did not offer any help or ask if we needed anything. It just didn't feel as welcoming as other places. Next time we'll go somewhere else."
