"Great breakfast, clean room with AC and nice walk in shower. Pool with bar on the top. Balcony with great views. At downtown area which is great. In front of a pharmacy. Great service and food. Big king bed, confortable (9/10) firm. Nice pillows. Free bottle water every day. The walls and two pane windows do a great job isolating noise but ear plugs are best to avoid loud downtown random noises like cars or fireworks."

"We loved our stay here. The room had a beautiful, modern design, and three stories and rooftop hot tub made it feel especially unique. The rooftop also offered lovely views of the church. Not all the rooms have the rooftop hut tub. The stairs may be challenging for families with young children or elderly guests. I had read reviews mentioning that the towels were old. They are certainly not thick and fluffy like the towels at the Four Seasons, but they do the job—you dry yourself off and get moving! The spa is really cool, especially the underground cenote. It is man-made, but it is still a fun and unusual experience that adds to the character of the property. This is not the place to choose if you are looking for a grand, spacious room with a huge bathroom. However, if you appreciate distinctive architecture, thoughtful design, and a memorable experience, this is a fun place to stay. The staff was amazing and incredibly helpful with everything from taxis and luggage to reservations and local recommendations. Overall, this is a design-forward property, not a luxury-forward property, and it delivers a unique and enjoyable experience. Location is amazing 5 stars!"
