"I come to Oaxaca once a year and it is hard to stay somewhere else as the hotel is a gem in itself but the ALL the staff goes above and beyond to help everyone feel welcomed and safe. I highly recommend it."

"We loved our stay at NaNa Vida and would not hesitate to stay there again based on our experience. First of all, it's a beautiful hotel very well situated in central Oaxaca. The interior courtyards is beautiful and we enjoyed eating our complimentary continental breakfast there every morning. We also took advantage of the full breakfast for purchase and it was worth it. The beds were comfy and there's A/C. NaNa Vida went above and beyond, offering welcoming and departing gifts and having a "candy bar" available for the kids. I also had a massage on site. It was easy to book and really a wonderful experience. The only issue we had was difficulty with our hot water, but the staff was incredibly responsive each time, and we felt well cared for. Thanks so much, NaNa Vida!"

"We loved our stay! The staff is so friendly and kind and helpful. The rooms are immaculate and very comfortable, they have the best pillows. The AC runs COLD. Plenty of HOT water. The view from the rooftop hot tub and patio is spectacular. The courtyard is beautiful. The restaurant has delicious food. The location is perfect, close to everything in the historic district. We will definitely being staying here again."
