「Terrible service, noisy surroundings.** There were car horns and constant mechanical noise all night, making it impossible to sleep. Starting at 9 AM, there was loud, sharp construction noise in the building, and the cleaning staff kept slamming doors, creating even more disturbance. The hotel refused to offer any compensation or adjustment, and didn’t allow us to check out early...

「I was really looking forward to staying at Kixby, especially given its excellent reviews, but unfortunately, the experience was a little disappointing.
First, although the bathroom was clean, the grout was visibly worn and had become quite dark in places. This made the bathroom look less clean than it actually was and detracted from the overall impression of the room.
Another disappointment was the lack of an espresso machine in the 24/7 beverage room. They do offer several types of coffee,...

「The design of the hotel and the amenities offered were great. However, once the HIDDEN charges showed up on the bill, we were totally surprised. An additional $30 plus per day of service charges were added up, such as those infamous "resort fee"....It was definitely not a resort experience. There wasn't even a coffee maker in the room :)
For a three night stay, we ended up paying an additional $100+ for what was initially agreed.」
